In Switzerland the apartment handover is where it gets expensive. Property managers check the oven, the extractor hood, the grouting, the blinds and the ventilation grilles. A refused handover quickly costs you CHF 500 to 2,000 from your deposit.

- On request we attend the handover appointment in person.
- If our work is criticised, we return free of charge within 48 hours.
- The guarantee is written into your quote, not only claimed on a website.
- No surcharge. The guarantee is part of the fixed price.
Deliberately not included
The guarantee covers cleaning defects. Pre-existing damage, normal wear and repairs are not included. We would rather tell you that now than afterwards.
