Privacy

AlpineVera Cleaning is responsible for data processing. We process personal data under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

We only collect data you actively send us: name, contact details, property details and any photos. We use them solely to process your enquiry and deliver the service.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties, except to service providers strictly required to deliver the service (e.g. hosting) and to authorities where the law requires it.

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for as long as statutory retention obligations require. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time.

General terms and conditions

Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the details you provide. If actual conditions differ materially, we inform you before work starts and agree an adjustment. Nothing is charged additionally without your consent.

The handover guarantee applies to cleaning defects and requires the objection to be reported within 5 days of the handover. Damage, wear and repair needs are not covered.

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit. For later cancellations we charge the costs already incurred.

Invoices are payable within 30 days. Private clients booking end-of-tenancy cleaning may pay after a successful handover.
